T-Mobile seeks a motivated Field Technician to support our Engineering & Operations team across western Maryland, WV Panhandle, Potomac Highlands, and Shenandoah Valley. The role covers diverse rural and mountainous sites, requiring independent work, strong technical knowledge, and travel across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Ideal candidates will manage radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, and location-based services, ensuring network performance and reliability for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required).
• 2-4 years - Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2-4 years - Wireless telecommunications or other related experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
