Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a motivated Field Technician to support our Engineering & Operations team across western Maryland, the West Virginia Panhandle and Potomac Highlands, and the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. You will cover diverse sites, balancing technical support, project management, and operations.

Ideal candidates are independent, with RF, backhaul, 5G NR, and RAN experience. The role includes travel, on-call rotation, and a broad benefits package including stock grants, 401(k), stock

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2–4 years in Wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network issues and contribute to outage resolution.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments with status updates.
• Identify and propose process improvements for maintenance and repair activities.
• Assist in creating job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation.
• Complete required training to stay current with systems and standards.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
