Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician in Charlotte, NC. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing wireless systems, following project drawings and safety guidelines. You will coordinate with the Market Manager or Project Foreman and document work in the company cloud system.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; OSHA certifications are preferred. Travel, weekend and night work may be required to complete projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• OSHA 10/OSHA 30 preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience with low voltage cable installation preferred
• Fiber optic fusion splicing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Install antennas and mounts per drawings.
• Perform tests and provide results to evidence proper installation.
• Maintain safety and daily logs; coordinate with team and customers.
• Travel Monday–Friday; occasional weekend/night work as needed.
• Document work in project management system.
