Job summary

Mann Wireless seeks a Wireless Technician II to progress from standard installs to managing complex RF deployments. You will troubleshoot performance issues, interpret engineering drawings, and work with low voltage and cabling on active construction sites.

The role emphasizes hands-on field work, traveling to sites in our market area, while maintaining safety and documentation standards. A NICET certification is preferred, and OSHA 10 or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in related industry.
• Willing to travel to regional sites across our market area.
• Experience in RF/telecom field preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required or obtained after employment.
• NICET IB-PSC Technician I or II certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Technical Installation: Install antennas, radios, mounts, and RF cables with accuracy.
• Systems Integration: Route cables, ground, and weatherproof to code requirements.
• Testing & Tech: Setup, configure, test, and assist in RF studies.
