Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair wireless systems under supervision.

You will follow construction drawings, perform site surveys, and ensure proper cabling and equipment installation while keeping detailed jobsite documentation and safety adherence. The role involves coordinating with market managers, contractors, and customers, handling travel during weekdays, and supporting team members as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10 hour certification preferred; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install antennas and equipment per drawings.
• Operate hand-tools, lifts and test gear safely.
• Provide test results and documentation to prove proper installation.
• Coordinate with Market Manager, contractors and customers.
• Travel may be required Monday–Friday; weekends/night work may be needed.
