Job summary

Mann Wireless is seeking a Wireless Technician II to advance from standard installations to managing complex RF deployments. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot on the fly, interpret detailed engineering drawings, and work across low voltage systems and cabling.

You will install antennas, radios, mounts, and RF cables, while also performing site documentation and safety-compliant procedures on active construction sites. A NICET or OSHA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in related industry.
• Hands-on experience on active construction sites with RF deployments.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and installation standards.
• OSHA 10 certification is required or to be obtained after employment.
• NICET IB-PSC Technician I or II is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install antennas, radios, mounts, and RF cables with precision.
• Route cables, ground, and weatherproof to meet code requirements.
• Set up equipment and assist in RF testing and troubleshooting.
• Maintain site documentation and photo records for project closeouts.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure zero incidents on site.
