Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair wireless systems across sites. You will follow drawings, connect cabling, and document work performed using the company cloud platform.

The role requires travel Monday–Friday with potential evenings for closeout tasks; safety and quality are emphasized, with benefits and on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• OSHA 10 hour certification preferred; OSHA 30 hour preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install antennas and mount equipment per drawings.
• Operate hand-tools and lifts safely to install cables and gear.
• Provide test results and documentation of installations.
• Coordinate with market manager, foreman, and customers.
• Maintain safety and complete paperwork in the project management system.
