Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. in Pittsburgh is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair wireless solutions under guidance of Market Manager or Project Foreman. You will read construction drawings, install cabling, test equipment, and document work in our cloud system.

Travel and possible weekend/night work may be required. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and OSHA certifications preferred; strong safety and teamwork are essential for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10 hour cert (preferred) and OSHA 30 hour cert (preferred).
• Low voltage cable installation experience preferred; fiber optic fusion splicing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs antennas and mounts equipment per iBwave or construction drawings.
• Operates hand-tools, test equipment and lifts as necessary for proper installation.
• Keeps open communication with market manager, supervisors and team.
• Documents work in Pierson Wireless’ project management cloud solution.
• Travel may be required during a normal business week; weekend/night work may be necessary.
