Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. in Michigan is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair wireless communications solutions under the direction of a Project Foreman or Market Manager.

You will perform site surveys, install cabling per drawings, connect equipment, and complete jobsite paperwork. The role requires climbing, RF testing, and travel Monday through Friday with potential weekend or night work to finish closeout packages.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED (minimum)
• OSHA 10 preferred / OSHA 30 preferred
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Installs antennas and mounts equipment per drawings.
• Operates hand-tools, lifts, and test equipment as needed.
• Provides tests results to evidence proper installation by contractors.
• Maintains communication with market manager and foreman.
• Documents work in project management cloud solution.
• Travels during a normal work week; some weekend/night work may be required.
• Ensures safety policies are followed and coordinates with safety reps.
