The Highlands at Harbor Springs, part of Boyne Resorts, is seeking dependable Snow Removal Attendants to keep walkways and entrances clear and safe during winter. The role may also involve assisting with Ski Valet and other Guest Services tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Able to work outdoors in cold and snowy conditions.
• Able to operate snow shovels and snow blowers safely.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow from sidewalks, entrances, and walkways using shovels, snow blowers, and other small equipment.
• Apply ice melt and other approved materials to maintain safe walking surfaces.
• Monitor walkways and entrances and address snow and ice accumulation as needed.
• Assist with small outdoor maintenance and resort upkeep.
• Provide guests with directions and general information about The Highlands and resort amenities.
• Assist the Ski Valet and other Guest Services areas after snow removal duties are complete.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work efficiently and safely in changing winter weather conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
