The Highlands at Harbor Springs is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Supervisor to lead our Activities team and help create memorable experiences for guests. This seasonal role oversees daily activities, assists with resort events, and ensures a fun, safe environment.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong communication, and a guest-focused, upbeat personality. Must be comfortable outdoors and available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality.
• Reliable, organized, and dependable.
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support the Activities team.
• Oversee the daily setup and execution of scheduled activities.
• Provide friendly and engaging service to guests and create memorable experiences.
• Assist with planning and executing resort events and special activities.
• Ensure activities are conducted safely and according to resort guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked activity and storage areas.
• Set up and break down activity areas and event spaces.
• Monitor and maintain activity equipment and supplies.
• Communicate schedules, updates, and operational needs with the Activities team and management.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.
• Assist with developing new activities and guest experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
