Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Remove snow from sidewalks, entrances, and walkways using shovels, snow blowers, and other small equipment.
• Apply ice melt and other approved materials to maintain safe walking surfaces.
• Monitor walkways and entrances and address snow and ice accumulation as needed.
• Assist with small outdoor maintenance and resort upkeep.
• Provide guests with directions and general information about The Highlands and resort amenities.
• Assist the Ski Valet and other Guest Services areas after snow removal duties are complete.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work efficiently and safely in changing winter weather conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Overview

The Highlands at Harbor Springs is looking for dependable Snow Removal Attendants to join our team! This position plays an important role in keeping resort walkways, entrances, and outdoor areas safe and accessible for guests and employees throughout the winter season. Responsibilities include removing snow, applying ice melt, maintaining outdoor areas, and assisting guests with directions and general resort information. When snow removal duties are complete, team members may assist with Ski Valet and other Guest Services responsibilities.
