The Highlands at Harbor Springs is seeking dependable Snow Removal Attendants to help keep walkways and entrances safe during the winter season. Roles include removing snow, applying ice melt, and assisting guests with directions and resort information.

This is a full-time or part-time position offering perks such as free golf and ski passes, dining discounts, health insurance, and housing availability for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable performing physical labor in cold and snowy conditions.
• Able to work early mornings and outdoors for extended periods.
• Able to operate snow shovels, snow blowers, and other small equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow from sidewalks, entrances, and walkways using company-provided shovels, snow blowers, and other small equipment.
• Apply ice melt and other approved materials to maintain safe walking surfaces.
• Monitor walkways and entrances throughout the shift and address snow and ice accumulation as needed.
• Assist with small outdoor maintenance, cleanup, and general resort upkeep.
• Provide guests with directions and general information about The Highlands and resort amenities.
• Assist the Ski Valet and other Guest Services areas when snow removal duties are complete.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work efficiently and safely in changing winter weather conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
