The Highlands at Harbor Springs is seeking friendly Ski Valets to help provide a seamless guest experience by storing and retrieving skis and snowboards and keeping the valet area organized and welcoming.

You'll assist guests with information on skiing conditions, runs, and resort amenities. This full-time or part-time role offers perks and opportunities to enjoy resort life at Boyne properties.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a guest-focused attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout a shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in cold and changing winter weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely store skis and snowboards in designated valet areas.
• Retrieve guests' skis and snowboards promptly and efficiently.
• Handle all guest equipment and belongings with care.
• Keep the ski valet area clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to guests throughout their visit.
• Offer guidance and information about current skiing conditions, recommended runs, and resort activities.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Work efficiently to meet and exceed guest expectations during busy periods.
• Assist other Guest Services areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
