Job summary

Bottaia Winery is seeking a Tasting Room Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations, support the Tasting Room Manager, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role supervises associates during shifts, upholds service standards, and contributes to wine sales and wine club growth.

The supervisor models hospitality, teamwork, and accountability, maintains safety and cleanliness, and embraces technology like TOAST POS and Commerce7. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality or related environments.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Willingness to coach and direct associates.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and training new associates.
• Communicate daily priorities and operational needs to staff.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to associates.
• Direct workflow and assign daily responsibilities.
• Maintain guest service standards and handle service recoveries.
• Escalate concerns to the Tasting Room Manager when needed.
