The First Batch tasting room team is looking for an enthusiastic server to welcome guests, guide wine tastings, and promote club memberships. You will describe wines, suggest pairings, and help guests navigate our winery experience with confidence and warmth.

This hourly role focuses on delivering a world-class guest experience, handling sales, and collaborating with kitchen staff and management to support daily operations and special events.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in hospitality or retail.
• Certification in safe alcohol and wine knowledge.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
• Regularly required to reach, carry, push and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day.

Responsabilidades

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for all guests to ensure they feel valued and attended to throughout their visit.
• Provide personalized wine recommendations based on guest preferences and knowledge of the wines.
• Ensure an impeccable guest experience by maintaining an enthusiastic, approachable attitude and addressing questions promptly.
• Describe wines confidently and discuss pairings with the small plates menu.
• Accurately process sales using the POS system and handle cash securely.
