District Winery is seeking friendly Hosts to greet guests, manage reservations, and guide guests to dining and bar areas. You will help maintain a welcoming atmosphere, balance seating, and support Tasting Room staff during service.

This part-time role requires weekend and evening availability, a willingness to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable standing for long shifts. Knowledge of reservation systems is helpful; prior guest-service experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with reservation systems (OpenTable, Resy) preferred.
• Prior customer service or server experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food and wine is preferred.
• Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends available.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests as they enter the winery.
• Manage seating flow to balance workload for Tasting Room staff.
• Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods.
• Address guest concerns promptly, politely and positively.
• Assist with coat check and support private events.
