You will recruit, train, and lead a sales-focused team and support daily operations, ensuring compliance with alcohol laws while maximizing profitability.

With 1–3 years in retail and 2+ years in a supervisory role, you will drive performance, develop staff, and maintain strong vendor relationships within a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience, plus 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team; develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Support day-to-day operations: payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations for alcohol sales; maintain a safe, compliant store.
