Total Wine & More is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to grow the brand through superb service and a knowledge-driven atmosphere. You will back store operations, recruit and develop a sales-focused team, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while driving profitability.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in a managerial role in retail, and familiarity with POS and inventory systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet key performance metrics.
