Total Wine & More is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help grow our brand by delivering best-in-class service and creating a distinctive world of adult beverages for customers.

You will drive sales, support store operations, recruit and develop a sales-focused team, manage payroll and inventory, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail.
