Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in University Park, TX, to drive sales, lead a customer-focused team, and ensure smooth store operations. You will report to the Store Manager and help build a knowledgeable, service-driven environment.

You will supervise staff, manage payroll and inventory, and maintain compliance with applicable laws. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail leadership experience is preferred, with 1–3 years in management and flexibility to work evenings

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail setting.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
