Job summary

Winebow in California is seeking a dynamic, commission-based sales professional to grow wine and spirits distribution. This role requires travel across the territory, building relationships with key decision makers and negotiating favorable local purchasing agreements.

You will leverage two years of sales or marketing experience, strong communication, and computer literacy; a valid driver's license is required. Benefits include auto and phone allowances and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of marketing or sales experience.
• Restaurant or Wine Shop experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develops an effective marketing and sales strategic plan to maximize wine and spirits distribution within an established or growing customer base.
• Maintains routine contact with key decision makers to build support for Winebow’s services.
• Negotiates and manages local purchasing agreements and contracts.
• Provides timely educational programs, materials, and services when deemed necessary.
• Works with the District Manager and Sales Director to monitor sales growth and market penetration using monthly reports.
• Hosts dinners and pouring events, including tastings, to promote products.
• Coordinates with the accounting department to resolve billing issues within the territory.
