Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Store Team Members to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and provide product recommendations. You will engage customers, assist with merchandising, stocking, and orders for in-store and curbside pickup, reporting to the store management team.

You may perform seasonal roles, receive training on wine, spirits, and beer, and handle safety procedures while supporting digital operations. A high school diploma is preferred and 1–3 years in retail is desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Merchandising, stocking, and inventory management; build displays and end caps.
• Support curbside pickup and delivery services; fulfill orders as needed.
• Follow safety regulations and alcohol sale laws; maintain a clean store environment.
