Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Store Team Members to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, greet customers, and advise on products while handling stocking, curbside pickup, and delivery support where assigned.

Internally this role is called Service Team Member and reports to store management. Candidates should have a HS diploma, retail experience, POS familiarity, and the physical ability to lift and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience; retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8-10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Engage with customers and advise on products.
• Merchandise, stock, and manage inventory and displays.
• Assist with curbside pickup and in-store order fulfillment.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness; follow alcohol sale regulations.
