Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks friendly Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will engage with customers, advise on products, and help with merchandising, curbside pickup, and deliveries where assigned.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and ability to work 21+ and 8–10 hours daily. Safety and compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day.
• Lift, load, and handle cases and pallets up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders and work in various outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, and build displays.
• Support curbside pick-up and delivery services; assist with orders as needed.
• Greet customers and inform them about products, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol regulations.
