Job summary

Total Wine & More in Delray Beach seeks a Service Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with sales, and manage in-store merchandising and pickup/delivery operations. You may also support digital orders and curbside pickup as needed.

The role emphasizes engaging customers, building product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training, and maintaining a safe, compliant store environment. Previous retail and POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ year in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Maximize product inventory, stock merchandise, build displays and end caps.
• Fulfill orders and assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery.
• Deliver exceptional service, greet customers, and build relationships.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
