Total Wine & More in Delray Beach is seeking Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will greet customers, advise on products, stock shelves, build displays, and assist with curbside pickup and deliveries when needed.

The role covers varying responsibilities including merchandising, front-end tasks, and ensuring a safe, compliant store environment. Flexible hours including weekends are required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales by engaging with customers.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, signage, and store displays.
• Support curbside and delivery services as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge.
