Total Wine & More is seeking a Service Team Member in Florida to join our store team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, engage customers to inform them about products, and drive sales while handling merchandising and inventory tasks as needed.

You will participate in ongoing product training for wine, spirits, and beer, and support in-store promotions, loyalty programs, and safe, compliant store operations. Shift flexibility includes evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products.
• Maximize product inventory including stocking, end caps, signage, and fulfilling orders.
• Deliver friendly, personalized service to build relationships with customers.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure a safe and compliant store environment and follow all laws related to alcohol sales.
• Load and deliver orders when required and assist with curbside pickup/delivery.
