Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Service Team Members in Florida to engage customers, drive sales, and manage assigned duties such as stocking, merchandising, curbside pickup, and occasional deliveries. Roles support store operations with an emphasis on compliance, product knowledge, and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Engage customers to deliver exceptional service and build relationships.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge on wine, spirits, and beer.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure a safe, clean store and compliant operations for alcohol sales.
• Load and deliver orders if delivery is an essential function.
