Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant for the Maryland market. You will visit customers, conduct consultative sales conversations, and drive revenue growth through trusted relationships and data-driven insights.

The role requires strong communication, mobility, and a customer-focused mindset, with opportunities for incentives and advancement within a market-leading beverage distributor.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to analyze and interpret data for sales opportunities.
• Proficient with SGWS technology and mobile devices.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visit accounts regularly to build relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop account-specific growth plans and a selling pipeline.
• Pre-plan visits with clear objectives and CRM documentation.
• Analyze data to drive incremental sales above base business.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and position SGWS offerings effectively.
• Document visits and outcomes in CRM; participate in sales meetings.
