Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant in Garrett County, MD to visit customers, conduct consultative sales conversations, and grow revenue through trusted relationships with customers and suppliers. You will use data insights to develop growth plans, maintain CRM records, and stay informed about SGWS products and competitive positioning to drive opportunities.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Able to analyze and understand data
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities
• Build and structure customer presentations and product proposals
• Proficient in using mobile devices (e.g., iPad, smartphone) and online communication techniques
• Able to consistently achieve results in a fast-paced environment
• Able to travel as needed
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Visit customers and conduct consultative sales conversations
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and grow customer business
• Document and maintain account information in CRM (Proof)
• Proactively propose selling solutions to customers and win the sale
• Meet internal SGWS and supplier objectives prioritized by management
• Be knowledgeable about SGWS products and competitive positioning
• Participate in sales meetings and on-site training
