Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is hiring a Sales Consultant in Maryland. You will visit customer accounts, conduct consultative sales conversations, and drive incremental revenue by building trusted relationships.

You’ll develop growth plans for each account, analyze data to identify opportunities, and use SGWS technology and CRM to document visits and plan next steps. Travel as needed; join meetings and supplier events as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to analyze and understand data and information.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient with mobile devices and online communication in a professional manner.
• Able to travel as needed.
• Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account.
• Visit accounts regularly and document visit plans in CRM (Proof).
• Analyze data to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Prioritize sales activities to meet objectives.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and position them effectively.
• Adapt selling approach to each customer’s buying style.
• Attend sales meetings and supplier events as required.
