Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, drive sales, and foster a service-focused culture for our customers. You will lead by example in a busy retail environment and report to the store management team.

You will supervise team members, coach peers, manage training, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws while maintaining safety and cleanliness. This role requires evenings and weekends and offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years retail supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player mindset.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory software.

Responsabilités

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service team, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and deliver key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example, fostering a welcoming and knowledgeable store atmosphere, and resolving customer issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training, including ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
