Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to engage customers, build relationships, and drive sales while handling store inventory and operations. The role supports curbside/delivery services and adheres to all safety and alcohol-sale regulations.

We value candidate flexibility for evenings and weekends, high school graduates, and those with 1–3 years in retail. Training will cover wine, spirits, and beer products.

Qualifications

Customer service mindset and ability to engage with customers.
Experience in a retail setting preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
Deliver exceptional customer service and help customers find products.
Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
Adhere to laws/regulations related to alcohol sales and keep store compliant.
Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned.
