Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a store merchandiser to maximize inventory, build displays, and support online orders. You will engage customers with product knowledge and help drive a positive shopping experience.

The role includes merchandising, front-end duties, and other responsibilities as needed to support store operations. Candidates should have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and availability for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, build displays and end caps.
• Greet customers, provide personalized service and product knowledge.
• Support online orders, in-store pickup, and curbside delivery when assigned.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and compliance with alcohol regulations.
• Load and deliver orders and perform cross-functional duties as needed.
