Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to maintain stock, set up displays, and support in-store and curbside pickup. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and ensure a safe, compliant store environment in a dynamic retail setting.

The role involves assisting with deliveries when needed, stocking shelves, and adhering to all safety and regulatory standards while contributing to a positive shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a retail setting.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Load and deliver orders safely when required, following company policies.
