Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize inventory, stock merchandise, and build displays while delivering exceptional customer service. The role also supports online orders, curbside pickup, and delivery services as needed, with ongoing training in wine, spirits, and beer products.

Team members will assist with signage, promotions, and loyalty programs, ensuring a clean, safe store environment and compliance with alcohol sale regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience; 1+ year in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory by processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital orders and curbside services.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and deliveries when assigned.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
