Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and merchandise, assist with online orders, and provide exceptional customer service in-store. You will greet customers, learn about wine, beer, and spirits, and help maintain displays and promotional signage.

The role may include driving deliveries when needed and ensuring compliance with alcohol laws. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and are comfortable with flexible hours including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Greet customers and build relationships with a personalized service approach.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
