Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring for a Store Team Member (Merchandiser). You will maximize product inventory, stock and build displays, assist with online order fulfillment, and support curbside pickup and delivery where needed.

You will deliver friendly service, greet customers, and share product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience. This role emphasizes merchandising duties with potential for sales/front-end tasks, reporting to store management, and adherence to safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws in the store.
