Job summary

Total Wine & More in Delaware is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences and compliant store practices. The role focuses on developing a high-performing, sales-driven culture while maintaining inventory control and vendor relations.

You will report to the District Manager and oversee scheduling, payroll, training, and performance management in a retail environment with alcohol-sale compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Recruit, train, and manage store team including ongoing development and disciplinary action.
• Manage day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store objectives.
• Ensure adherence to laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
