Qualifications

Minimum 1 year serving experience.
Must acquire TIPS and ServSafe certifications.
Developed knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer with experience selling and presenting wines.
Previous cash handling experience required.
Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers.
Ability to input information into MICROS accurately.
Ability to stay calm and welcoming under pressure.

Responsibilities

Adhere to Omni rules, policies, procedures, and standards.
Greet guests using the All-In impression standards.
Set tables according to event type and service standards.
Suggestively sell items and answer questions on food and beverage menus.
Coordinate with culinary team on meal requirements, allergies, and special requests.
Record transactions in MICROS and process payments.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
Be pleasant, greet guests, and use surnames when obtained.
