Omni Hotels is seeking a friendly Server to deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced resort setting. You will greet guests, explain menus, and coordinate with the culinary team to meet dietary needs while upselling beverages and menu items.

You must uphold professional appearance, work weekends/holidays, and handle MICROS order entry, glassware upkeep, and payment processing. A positive attitude and strong guest relations are essential to maintaining Omni's high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of serving experience in high-volume casual environments.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer.
• Eligible to work weekends and holidays.
• Unexpired Food Handlers and TABC certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and anticipate their needs, delivering attentive service.
• Take and upsell food and beverage orders.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, and wine service.
• Set up and break down stations; handle glassware.
• Coordinate with culinary team on dietary needs and requests.
• Process payments and present checks accurately.
• Assist with seating and phone duties; cross-train in other outlets.
