Job summary

Total Wine & More in Apex, NC is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture around our world of adult beverages and more for customers.

You will lead by example, coach team members, and ensure a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere while resolving customer issues and training peers. This role requires 1–3 years of supervisory retail experience and a high school diploma; evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–3 years retail supervisory experience, preferably in a store setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure adherence to laws/regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain safety.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; perform other duties as assigned.
