Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisors to support store operations and help build a customer-focused sales culture. You will work with the management team to drive service excellence, coach staff, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail supervisory roles, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. A High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail.
• 1+ year in a supervisory role within retail.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
