Job summary

Total Wine & More in Cary, NC is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the management team and help build a sales and service culture focused on best-in-class service for our customers.

You will lead front-end operations, coach team members, ensure compliant store practices, and contribute to a welcoming, knowledgeable atmosphere while driving key performance metrics and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Supervise and train team members to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; perform other duties as assigned.
