Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisory team member to support store operations, build a sales and service culture, and deliver best-in-class service for our customers. You will supervise, train, and coach team members, ensuring compliance with alcohol laws and maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

You'll lead by example, resolve customer issues, and help drive KPI performance while supporting a welcoming and knowledgeable store atmosphere. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead service team and front-end operations to deliver best-in-class service.
• Coach peers and support ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol sale laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Drive sales and monitor key performance metrics (KPMs).
