Job summary
Total Wine & More is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to support store operations in Sanford, NC. In this role you will help grow our brand, drive sales and deliver best-in-class service while mentoring team members. You will supervise front-end operations, assist with training, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, and maintain safety and cleanliness.
The position requires 1–3 years in retail leadership and strong communication skills. We offer competitive pay and benefits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-3 years of retail experience; 1+ year supervisory.
- Strong interpersonal and team-player mindset.
- Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
Responsibilities
- Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
- Supervise team members and support training and development.
- Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
- Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
