Total Wine & More in Landmark, Virginia, is seeking a Service Team Member to provide outstanding customer service, assist with product recommendations, and ensure smooth store operations. You will engage customers, stock shelves, and support pickup/delivery activities as needed.

You will join a team focused on knowledgeable product guidance, accurate POS transactions, and adherence to responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory by processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays, place signage, and support digital business operations with orders and curbside pickup.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to alcohol sales and store safety.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned and perform other duties as needed.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
