Job summary

Total Wine & More in Florida is seeking a Service Team Member to join our store team. You will deliver excellent customer service, engage customers to drive sales, and advise on a wide selection of wines, beers, and spirits.

Responsibilities include inventory management, merchandising, curbside pickup support, and ensuring a safe, clean store environment while adhering to store policies. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• 1–3 years of retail work experience preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products.
• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise.
• Deliver orders and support curbside pickup and delivery services where applicable
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and follow store policies
