Job summary

Total Wine & More in Alexandria, VA is hiring a Service Team Member to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales. You will greet customers, advise on products, stock merchandise, build displays, and support curbside/delivery orders if assigned.

Training is provided to deepen product knowledge in wine, spirits, and beer. The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–3 years in retail; familiarity with POS and inventory software is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help drive sales by advising on products.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and inform about products and services.
• Stock, merchandise displays, and signage; assist with curbside/delivery orders if assigned.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge on wine, spirits, and beer.
